terrible packaging

I couldn't tell you if the product works or not. I fight the packaging every time I use it. There is a rubber diaphragm that doesn't allow you to dispense the amount of product you want. You either get a boatload of product or too little. I am looking to find another container to place all of this into it. It wouldn't be so bad if you could screw the top off, but you can't even take the top off. Think again, Clinique. I'd give it less than one star if I could.

Works great, has Active Ingredients

I did like this but it is not for me. It does have active ingredients for Salyastic Acid so it is a medical grade cleanser which is nice and it does work very well in clearing acne. It does have a heavy medical feel to it if you have oily skin, this will help so much! It is more liquid than a gel based so be careful when squeeing it out.

I switched all my products from dermalogica to Clinique and I am so glad I did I'm I love!! With the smell the feel everything!!

It's not a jelly consistency, it pours out like water.

I bought this acne cleanser at Ulta and I was so excited to try it. I thought it was odd that Ulta didn't have this product to "try it" in the store. Now I know why. When you open the product it poors out like water. It was difficult trying to apply this on my face without it going into my eyes as it just ran down my face. While cleaning my face with the product it did create a nice foam (similar to the foaming acne cleanser). I absolutely LOVE Clinique's products and unfortunately I am going to have to return this back to Ulta. My thoughts on how to improve this cleanser would be to add a more concentrated jelly consistency (similar to other jelly like cleansers) to this acne cleanser. This has been the only time I have to return a clinique item. All the other clinique skin care products produce amazing results. I hope they can fix this cleanser in the future.
