How To Return An Item?

You are not completely satisfied with a purchase? You can simply exchange or return your product at ease within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.

PS: The returned product should be intact, in its original packaging with its accessories and leaflet.

- A gift may be returned according to the above explanations.
- No returns are accepted in relay deliveries. For relay orders, returns may be performed in Sephora stores or by mail.
