How to use
Apply AM and PM. Using the cryo-steel wand, gently sweep outward and up in a circular motion, from under eye to above the lid, several times. Pat in any residual with ring finger.
Not just for eyes! Can also apply on “11” lines between brows, forehead lines and laugh lines. -
