Intuitive airflow
Airflow when you need it. Your machine senses when hair is between the arms and automatically drops to low airflow when it's not – for quieter, more efficient styling.
LCD screen
High-definition color display shows airflow and temperature settings for easy reference when styling.
Lock feature
Slide the button to lock and unlock the arms of your machine. Use with the arms locked to gently pre-dry hair and create volume from the roots.

Poor straightening capabilities

I was so excited with the concept of combining straightening with drying but completely disappointed by the frizzy effect it had on my hair which I have never experienced with conventional straighteners. Had to return immediately.

Here’s the updated version of the review with your corrections: Dyson is a good product, but for someone like me with very thick, full, and voluminous hair, it takes a long time to straighten. Additionally, because it’s heavy, it’s not only tiring but also makes my hand hurt after prolonged use. My hair doesn’t become as smooth and straight as it does with other straighteners I’ve used in the past. Considering its price and reputation, I expected more from this product.
