No one will answer! Not my local counter or Clarins.co.nz. Why is this product never in stock? Why have two tubes in a row when I have been able to purchase been IMPOSSIBLE to use? The pump dispenser is flawed. It's not luxe having to cut open a tube. The price increase is ridiculous. This is a five star product but a one star experience. Are you actually fixing this packaging? Is that why this has been out of stock for so long? There are enough reviews saying the same thing, why won't you respond?
