    A soft and effective make-up removal even on waterproof make-up. Enriched with polysaccharides known for their anti-pollution action and chlorella, a naturally sourced micro-algae, the Cleansing balm removes make-up, cleanses and improves the quality of the skin. It efficiently removes make-up from the face and eyes, even waterproof, impurities and traces of pollution. Its melting texture transforms into a creamy milk in contact with water for an easy rinsing, which does not leave residues nor greasy finish on the skin. Leaves greasiness behind

Purchased Sephora Collection Melting Cleansing Balm with Algae Extract. While it is reasonably priced, a clean product and does remove makeup and eye makeup thoroughly, it does not rinse off with water like other cleansing balms I’ve tried. You must use another facial cleanser to remove the greasiness after using this product if you have oily or normal skin. This product may be fine for dry skin if you desire a cleansing balm that leaves some greasiness behind.

Not for mascara removal

I love Sephoras line but this product did not make the cut, I was expecting to melt away mascara and liner but it is alittle too thick of a product and doesn't get rid of mascara like other balms do. I loved the price point for a remover but it doesn't work!

Feels like vaseline on my face

Bought this during the sale event. I Was trying to find something new that is similar to Clinique and Farmacy’s cleansing balm. This one does not wash off the makeup very well and leaves a sticky layer on my face, almost like vaseline.

Waterproof Makeup Stays On

Not a great buy. I bought this one sale to try something other than Clinique’s Take The Day Off. I should have just went with the reliable option. This product is gentle on your skin, no burning or irritation after use but not good at removing waterproof makeup. My eyeliner and mascara still lingers after i’ve worked the product in. I also feel like it doesn’t remove all the makeup on my face. I would skip this one. removing makeup.

amazing product!!

works amazingly on me, and doesn’t sting/burn anywhere and doesn’t leave my skin feeling dry. you get a lot of product for a really good price, and yet a little goes a long way! only complaint is that it smells very waxy, however it doesn’t bother me as it isn’t an unpleasant scent. :)

Great Product

This balm take it ALL off and it’s so easy to use! Gently takes off waterproof makeup and my mascara quickly. It’s doesn’t leave any residue or icky feeling after. I have sensitive skin and this works well

i enjoy a cleansing balm, and this one is fine when it comes to the consistency and it works to take off all my makeup, but i really do NOT like how it smells. Price wise - it's much more reasonable than other brands - and works just as well, but I don't think I can get past the smell to buy it again.
