How to use
For best results, prep lids with a thin layer of Always an Optimist Weightless Eyeshadow Primer (sold separately), then apply eyeshadows as desired with eyeshadow brush or fingertips.
For a quick shimmering wash of color, use a fluffy eyeshadow brush and sweep the metallic/shimmer shades all over lids.
For extra payoff, use a dense eyeshadow brush or your fingertips and press the metallic/shimmer shades onto lids.
For the most-vivid metallic color payoff, lightly dampen your eyeshadow brush with water or Always an Optimist 4-in-1 Mist (sold separately) before applying the metallic eyeshadows. Do not use matte shades wet.
As the finishing step to any look, try layering the glitter topcoat (in the center of each palette) with your fingertip or a stiff bristle brush.
