Look like you got a full night’s sleep with this instant eye brightening liner. How to use
Apply to the inner edge of the eye and the inner corner of the eye to wake up your gaze.
Can also be used to sculpt and outline the eyebrow for a balanced dimension and a youthful, radiant look. Use the included smudger to soften and blend.
For a more dramatic effect, use with the kitten eyeliner, applying the black liner to the upper and lower lash line. On the bottom line, blend the edges with your highlighter for a totally natural look. -
