How to use
Slide the tip of the pencil along the lash line. For a smoky effect, blend immediately with the Precision Definition Eyeshadow Brush 220 or your fingertip.
Bring out the tip by twisting if necessary. The pencil does not retract. For optimal use, always close the cap carefully.

After using it for a few weeks now I love the pigmentation and formula. A little dificult since it stay put too fast and sometimes I can’t blend it. But overall love it for my water underline.
