What it does:

How to use
- Use: Morning or evening, or as needed.
- Step 1: Cleanse face.
- Step 2: Soak a cotton pad in Glow Tonic Lotion and apply in circular motions on the face, neck and décolleté (avoid the eye area).
- Step 3: then apply a serum or moisturizer. -
