How to use
Step 1, define your eyes with the 12HR contour eye pencil waterproof:Apply the eyeliner to the inner rim of your lower and/or upper eyelids. You can also apply it along the lash line. For even more intense eyes, draw a line along the upper lashes, ending with a slight flick at the outer corner.
Step 2, multiply your lashes with Big By Definition mascara:
Apply the mascara using light zigzag motions from roots to tips for defined lashes.
You can also use the mascara on your lower lashes. For an even more made-up look, add additional layers of this long wear mascara until you get the volume you want.
