Step 1: Apply mascara & wait for it to completely dry.
Step 2. Evenly apply topcoat from root to tip of lashes, on top of your fave mascara.
Step 3. Let it set for 30 seconds.
Step 4. Remove with WISHFUL's Clean Genie Cleansing Balm
