How to use

Use the applicator to place onto the center of the lips, then roll the lips together; spread outward with the applicator for a perfect finish.

NOT [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Alright, so this is my very first time trying Armani Beauty and was extremely disappointed when it didn't dry matte!! I put nothing on under it just a lip liner and as you can see from the shine in the picture it's not matte and it's been 10 minutes. However I LOVE the color and the formula is very nice on the lips just not what I expected when I ordered.
