    For a precise tightlining line:
    VIA VENETO, an everyday black shade, can be used for versatile application. Gently lift the upper lash line and fill in the gaps between the lash roots.
    Continue to draw the line along the inner edge of the eye, at the upper eyelid, to darken the lash line.
    For a smoky look: apply GRAN VIA, a deep black shade, for a burning look.
    Draw a line along the lash line, then blend in progressing towards the edge.
    Layer an eye shadow of a deep shade, then blend and distribute.

    Pro tip: Use THE STRIP as a base for any eye shadow to add a cold and luminous effect, or RODEO DRIVE to bring a warm and golden nuance.
    Line along the inner edge of the eye with the RUE BONAPARTE shade to create the illusion of a more “awakened” and radiant look, or with SANTA MONICA BLVD to enlarge it.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from The worst eyeliner I've ever tried. First of all, I got some irritation right where I had applied the pencil earlier. It's red now and very sensitive to touch. Secondly, the color is not even brown but red. Not sure how it's still being sold or promoted by beauty influencers.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from All three broke I ordered this eyeliner THREE times. Every single lid was inexplicably impossible to open. I eventually had to use my teeth on one and the whole pencil broke. And they do not twist to allow more to protract. In which case it lasts about three wears. I returned one so far and will return the remaining two. So disappointing. I had used the similar eyeliner by Nars for years. Not sure why the quality has plummeted so drastically.

    Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good, but painful. This was recomended by many make up artists. Pro: stay all day, does not smudge, perfect for healthcare workers that sweat a lot (me). Cons: Dries out fast and eventyally painful to draw on the eye because you really have to push, dried out to when you sharpen the pencil it breaks. I used it non-stop for 5 months to make my money worth, my eyelids were dying at the end with all the scratching....so as much as I wanted to love the product.. its not a repeat by for me.
