An ultra-slim, water-resistant eyeliner.
How to use

Draw a line at the base of the eyelashes or a "dot" between the eyelashes.
Replace the cap firmly after use.
Apply several layers for a more intense color.
The micro tip works perfectly at the base eyelashes for a subtle line.
Ingredients
-Thermo-Sensory Gel: Reacts to skinís temperature and transforms into an ink-like texture with incredible precision.
-Surface-coated Pigments: Provide intense color payoff.
-Film Former: Prevents formula from smudging or streaking.

I wanted an eyeliner that's as fine as liquid, but easier to put on; that stays on but washes off, and that doesn't need to be sharpened. I didn't know if such a thing existed but I found all of this in the Shiseido Microliner. The only flaw is that occasionally when I twist it out, the next bit is already broken. This doesn't happen often, and overall I'm very pleased with this product (pleased enough that I just bought two more).
