Monsieur Big Mascara - Volumizing Mascara

Love it. My eyelashes look so big and black. Water proof that actually works.

I am an ex-lash girlie trying to be all natural with my lashes. With that being said I was looking for a mascara that gave me that falsie look. I grabbed a mini tube out of the store just to see if I like it before I commit to the big tube. Needless to say I am absolutely in love with this mascara. Its very thick so when I apply it, my lashes get coated very well. I do notice at the end of the day (around 5-6pm) it starts to get in my eyes. Other than that I am pleased and will be purchasing the bigger tube when I need to re-up.

Get ready for messy flakes all over your face.

Flakes everywhere. This mascara leaves flakes all over my face within an hour of applying it. This product is too expensive to have such a basic flaw. Also, I thought the wand would be a great feature but it get globby (even after wiping it off on the tube) and deposits the product unevenly. I would not buy again nor would I recommend it.

I’ve used this for a while now and can say that this is the best mascara I’ve tried. I love it and I use it basically everyday(if not this the waterproof lash idolé or both) sometimes you need to reapply if you are super picky like I am. But I can definitely say that out of all I’ve tried it’s the best and will be loyal to it until they discontinue. I take it off with my normal face wash sometimes it can be a bit clumpy

Love this mascara. It lengthens and volumizes my lashes, doesn’t flake and (mostly) doesn’t smudge. I have oily lids and typically use a waterproof mascara over my regular mascara to prevent it from running and smudging under my eyes. I haven’t needed to do that with this mascara. It did smudge a bit on a hot, humid day, but I don’t think anything would’ve held up that day!

Truly waterproof

The best waterproof mascara I’ve tried. I teach strength training classes and I do appreciate wearing a little bit of mascara to help me look awake. This one STAYS in place! Highly recommend !!recommende

I love that it makes my lashes curl and the length they gave me, but I do feel like that it flakes in my eyeballs and gets clumpy throughout the day

Nice Mascara but Hard to Remove

Great mascara, particularly after a second coat. But tough to remove. I typically use cleansing balm followed by a light soap-and-water wash. With this I have to follow up with a liquid remover on a cotton pad. A lot of work.

a staple for any makeup bag

my new favorite & absolute must have staple. I've tried nearly every mascara on the market, including sephora and drug store brands. this mascara blows them all out of the water. this mascara is buildable and won't cause clumping with more coats. I already have long eyelashes, but when I pair the landcome eyelash extension primer with monsieur big on top, my eyelashes look even longer. I posted a picture. one write without the mascara and one eye with.

Clumpy and Thick

I read the reviews and all I can think of is that many must be fake. Pros: When dry it is pretty smudge and waterproof. The black is deep black and stands out. Cons: The brush is huge and unless you have giant lashes it simply won't give you a good result. You will need to use a finer brush after it's dry to smooth out the lashes and give it a better look. This product is clumpy, thick and clumsy as tar. Be sure to have a good makeup remover and a cotton swab to clean up after you apply. This product would probably be excellent with a micro applicator brush and a thinner tube. As it is, I would say 3 stars is being generous.

Lancome mascaras are usually really good but they must’ve changed the formula for this one because its so clumpy and thick. It dries out in a week.

Doll Eyes!

I sadly don’t have pictures to show proof, but this mascara is THE BEST! I had been using my old old old Marc Jacobs mascara (it’s at least 3-4 years old, don’t judge please, it’s just that good) but I knew it was time to get a new one, and I was not let down, please, if you’re looking for drama, volume,and length, get this!!!
