Reset Exfoliating Jelly Scalp Scrub

great cleansing scalp scrub! I use this once a week and do a conditioning mask afterwards and I love how clean feeling my scalp and hair are afterwards. one tip for those who are saying it doesn't lather - it does, you just have to do a quick splash under the showerhead to add some water and it lathers right up.

Love this shampoo it’s a staple in my hair care routine. I was looking for a shampoo that would help with my super itchy scalp and dandruff and it completely worked. I’ve tried scalp masks, jojoba oil, etc and this shampoo has been the most effective. I’ve used this in combination with the Amika Soulfood mask as a conditioner once a week. 10/10 recommend - hair type is coloured and thin, slightly wavy.

Great smell, not exfoliating enough though

I had a deluxe sample of this and wasn't expecting to like it as much as I do. It has a great spa-like smell, lathers up so nice, and makes my hair feel clean. Taking one star off because it isn't as exfoliating as I thought it would be - the exfoliating particles are very very mild. I was also intimidated by the "jelly" title but it doesn't resemble jelly to me, it's basically just a thicker consistency like a scrub texture. Hope this helps!

I only use this twice a month & it does WONDERS for my hair, first time I used it my hair felt so smooth, weightless & looked crazy healthy. It does really good at getting rid of all the gunk & buildup on ur hair:)

I like it! The smell is great and it helps get the crap off my scalp making the rest of my hair look better.

Make scalp oily and flaky within hours

I wanted to try this out as my hairdresser loves Amika products and uses them on clients. I had been using the Briogeo Scalp Revival Shampoo for over a year but wanted to give this a shot as it was also labelled as exfoliating and it was a bit cheaper. I have pretty fine hair that gets oily pretty fast. The Briogeo shampoo would leave my scalp clean for at least 2 days before becoming oily, but with this, I was oily within hours and holy, did it make my scalp flaky, itchy, and super dry feeling (which is ironic because my hair was oily). The only pro I found for this was it came in a squeeze bottle compared to the tub that Briogeo comes in. Definitely won't be repurchasing and will be going back to what I was using before.

I use this shampoo once a week with my other shampoo and conditioner and i love how clean my hair and scalp feel after! My hair stays cleaner for longer after using this and I find a little goes a long way if you work it in section by section.

Smells great, lathers well, and leaves your hair and scalp feeling clean and refreshed. Gives a light tingly feeling.

Smells great, but wish it would lather

I bought this product because I felt like my scalp needed a reset. (Some flaking and dryness). I do think this product cleans my hair well, but my one draw back is that it doesn't lather. I know lathering does not equal cleaning, but it helps make the product feel like it's going a long way. I feel like I need to use quite a bit of this shampoo to really cleanse my scalp and cover from root to tip. It smells beautiful though!

Amazing! I have been dealing with severe dry scalp this winter and this product is the first thing to keep my scalp relaxed and not itchy. I love the that the smell is subtle. I use once a week and follow with the nourish hair mask by Amika. I can go longer between hair washes without looking or feeling greasy!
