This 2-in-1 tool combines a full-sized pencil with an ultra-fine tip for perfectly defined brows with a tinted gel that keeps hairs in place all day.

How to use
Define the eyebrow using the pencil side of the 2-in-1 tool.
Fill in the sparse areas of the eyebrow with small strokes of the pencil to create the missing hairs.
Then fix your eyebrow using the tinted gel by applying the brush in small jerks in the direction of the implantation. -
