Rated 5 out of 5 by Emily from Instantly Invigorating Without Any Sting or Irritation I used to buy the Eye Concentrate and it worked well--however, if I were to ever get some on my lashline or in my eye at all, my eyes would get **horribly** teary, red, and itchy. While the eye concentrate was temporarily sold out, I caved in and bought this. So far, I'm really glad did. Immediately after applying this, the same 'uplifted,' invigorated feeling permeated my skin (as the Eye Concentrate)... However, unlike with the Eye Concentrate, this was soothing, gentle, and didn't irritate my eyes at all!! Additionally, I noticed that after using it a few times, the bags and circles under my eyes were less, there was less puffiness, and the area around and under my eyes felt less tired and were visibly more healthy and plump... all this with no irritation... Ultimately, this cream seems to be a more soothing and advanced version of the Eye Concentrate. When I run out, I will definitely be buying this again over the Eye Concentrate. Also, the tan/rose gold box is gorgeously luxe and the magnetic applicator top is preferable to the wand.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Debbie from Beautiful eye cream I love the Genaissance eye cream. It seems to combine the la mer eye serum and the eye concentrate into one beautiful product. It helps firm lines and reduce puffiness nicely. I love that La Mer has developed an anti aging line.

I will say the eye balm intense was my leading favorite but wasn't amazing enough to keep buying. I never thought I had under eye problems. That changed with the first use of this eye cream. Instantly they were less puffy and it even lightened up my under eye although I didn't think i had dark circles. I've used the ole Hendrickson banana bright eye cream that has that sort of reflective shimmer to make your under eye brighter but doesn't actually do anything. This cream does what that one is supposed to. I'm annoyed I like it so much bc it's so expensive but also kind of excited to finally find an eye cream that does something.

Better than any past La Mer counter staff across the country. She was very genuine and looked out for my interest. I brought a few products, including the Genaisance eye and expression cream and cant wait to see how it works. I mainly want it for my frown lines. I cant remember if I can put my moisturiser over it? Cannot wait to be greeted by Natasha at another La Mer counter after the House of Fraser is Sheffield closes down. Hopefully Flannels will re stock the brand! Thanks Natasha again. Will update how I get on .

Rated 1 out of 5 by MC from Damaging I have always loved high quality skin care, however this product left my skin tight, burning, and blistering. My only known allergy is to acylates, a synthetic chemical adhesive. Due to this product I've had to go on prednisone and now have permanent rosacea.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jenni from Although expensive, best product I've used for eyes I have been using La Mer products for over 20 years now and most people cannot guess my age (no plastic surgery.) I have chronic insomnia and without the La Mer eye cream (before genaissance), I would have puffy eyes and dark circles. Now using Genaissance, the puffiness went away and the dark circles went away within a week. I have also noticed an appreciable difference in lines under my eyes and "smile lines". I did not know it could be used on other areas of the face but given the expense, will probably stick to the eyes.
