How to use
HOW TO USE:
Dip your eyeliner brush in the Work and Set pot and place the brush on the outer lash line.
Use small strokes, workingyour way towards the inner corner.
Flip the brush to smudge the eyeliner for a smokey look or to blend with eyeshadows.
